Abstract

The article sets out the figure of Capograssi and his focus on canon law. It reveals the historical-doctrinal modalities of the life and experience of faith of the common man, starting from the perception that he manifests of the true and the absolute in an associated form, according to an evolutionary line that continuously induces the populus Dei to draw anonymously from the treasure of tradition 'new and ancient things'.
