ABSTRACT

The contribution intends to illustrate the role played by the Italian Episcopal Conference in implementing the new regulatory system that regulates relations between the Italian State and the Catholic Church following the signing of the revision Agreement of the Lateran Pacts and the overall contribution of the CEI to the multilevel system of bilateral relations with the civil authorities in matters arising from the concordat.
