ABSTRACT
The article presents a commentary on the recent judgement of the Regional Administrative Court of Calabria (TAR) on the subject of revocation of eligibility for teaching the Catholic religion and the competent jurisdiction, offering an opportunity to reflect on the appeal that can be made in the administrative/processual canonical court and on the diocesan ‘procedures’ in place for the recognition of eligibility for teaching the Catholic religion.
