ABSTRACT

The 2017 Third Sector Reform provides a new national legal framework defining “Third Sector Organizations” and “general interest” activities in line with solidarity principle. The reform also involves ecclesiastical institutions, as actors of human promotions work in juvenile justice system and public contracts.
