Since, in addition to having been distinguished men of the Church and appreciated scholars, Roberto Bellarmino and Paolo Sarpi also embodied the ownership of an Officium attributable to two pioneering physical personalities, who – by culture, as well as by faith – exercised educational functions for the protection of the principles good performance and impartiality in the activities and organizations of which they have been Bodies. This has contributed not only to corro- borate the well-known «organicistic» theory, but has ended up anchoring it to common administrative principles: even if «interpreted» and «applied» differently according to the natural person who – it is physiological – found himself holder of the body appointed to exercise the Officium.
