Abstract
The contribution examines the legal nature of the award and arbitration in the context of Vatican justice according to two main lines of inquiry: on the one hand, the appealability or otherwise of the decision of the collegial judge of first instance ruling on the appeal for nullity of the award and, on the other hand, the jurisdiction of the Tribunal in hearing an application for the annulment of an arbitration award.
