ABSTRACT
The ecclesiastical profiles regarding the problem of the spread of Covid-19 concerned not only the impact of the measures imposed by the law with respect to the practice of worship of the faithful, but also the interference of vaccines with respect to religious freedom.
This last aspect is addressed in the present contribution, which, through the analysis of the most recent jurisprudence, confirms the exclusion of spaces for conscientious objection in the event that the denial of vaccination practices and blood transfusions performed by vaccinated subjects depends on the substances used in their composition. In particular of human fetal cells obtained from voluntary abortions.
