In the Encyclical Letter “Fratelli Tutti” of Pope Francis, the concept of fraternity and social friendship identifies a peculiar modality of interrelation with the other based on en- counter, on reciprocal knowledge, and on the transformative capacity of one’s own identity that derives from the relationship with otherness. and with the different from oneself. The contribution, starting from the Encyclical Letter, intends to emphasize the importance of intercultural dialogue in today’s multicultural society and for the training of the modern jurist.
