This volume brings together some of the papers and communications
presented at the conference held in the Aula Magna of the Department of
Legal Sciences of the University of Ferrara on 26-27 October
2007 on the theme: 'La Carta e la Corte'. The topics discussed were
the theme of the criminal protection of the religious fact in the Rocco Code in relation to both the Constitution and the Court.

The plurality and diversity of opinions were the lifeblood of the debate and the
