Starting from the legal regime of the “Fondo edifici di culto”, the article focuses specifically on the composition, competences and capacity to act of its ‘Administrative Board’; concluding that it has a purely advisory function (in any case not binding), and not a management or active administration function, and its opinion will be taken into the proceedings as a preliminary act
