ABSTRACT

The contribution considers and analyzes the obligation of the civilly recognized religious entities that intend to access the Third sector regime to set up a patrimony destined for it. After having framed the provision in the broader context of the destination and specialization of responsibility phenomena in the Italian legal system, the Author focuses on the structure, management and constraints of the destined assets as well as on the negotiating elements and on the effects of the destination.
